Based on the study of different varieties of tropical hard wood material, SIMEC customized special ring dies with multi compress ratios. The ring dies will equip SPM520 wood pellet mills which have been in service since the year of 2016.

Raw materials for wood pellet production are all kinds of wood wastes from surrounding wood working industries, so both the species and sizes are not uniform. With the help of SIMEC pelletizing technology, different materials are homogenized and converted to pellet fuel with stable quality. We have experiences to pelletize most of the tropical wood materials in Indonesia accompanying with the installation of more than 150 sets of machines in this country. 

The spare parts are packed in a plywood case, and will be shipped to Belawan port, Indonesia on 7th December, 2020.
