Wood Pellet Production Expansion in Malaysia

Because of the increase of wood pellet orders from power plants, our client from Malaysia ordered pretreatment machines of wood pellet plant from SIMEC to expand the production. The order includes a complete unit of 6TPH drying system which equipped with one set of 3,600,000 kcal hot air stove, one unit of 5~6TPH hammer milling system and one unit of 12TPH drum chipper. As one section of the whole wood pellet project, the above machines with 6 sets of pellet mills and other auxiliary equipment shall constitutes a complete pellet production line. As a result, the production capacity of entire wood pellet project will increase to 15TPH.

Advanced wood chipping, milling, drying technology and stable equipment of SIMEC is helpful to process wooden materials accurately into proper size and moisture. Suitable size and mositure are helpful to produce high quality 8mm wood pellet. Featured with good transportability, moisture tolerance and high CV, the pellets are well received by the power plants.

All of the goods were delivered from Qingdao Port to Klang port, Malaysia on Oct. 11th, 2020. In total 6 pieces of 40'HQ container and 2 pieces of 40'FR containers are stuffed for shipment.
