SIMEC client from Russia has booked some spare parts for the robust SPM420 pellet mill, the machine has been serving for client's pellet production since 2014. The pellets are made of beech wood sawdust. 6 years of smooth running and excellent performance of the pellet mill win the client's favor. 

Among the spare parts, there are one φ6 mm stainless-steel ring die and two roller assemblies. Both ring die and roller assemblies are specially customized for producing hard beech wood pellets.

Owning an advanced ring die manufacturing center, SIMEC can provide our clients with high-quality ring die in light of smooth pellet extruding, good forming quality and outstanding durability.

Ring die hoops, roller adjusting plate and other spare parts are also involved in this order. It is the first time for the client to book such components after 6 years' operation.

All spare parts were packed into two steel containers, which has been delivered to client's door address on November 16, 2020.
