Palm EFB Fine Pulverizing Machine to Malaysia

A 20’GP container loaded with palm EFB fine pulverizing line was shipped to Port Klang, Malaysia in August 2021. As per client’s requirements for experimental purpose, SIMEC tailored this production line to make fine powder from palm EFB fiber. It is divided into two processing units, Dry Pulverizing System and Wet Milling System.

In dry pulverizing system, palm EFB long fiber is directly converted into 50 mesh powder through integrated coarse grinding & pulverizing system. Then, in wet milling system, the dry EFB powder is blended with demineralized water and further milled by a colloid mill. Consequently, emulsified and homogenized EFB slurry product will be obtained.

If this experimental project passes verification of client, SIMEC will provide customized, large scale commercial production line in the near future.
