SIMEC MPL(Mobile pellet line) is widely used in wild area and where is lack of electricity. Its main ideas of design is to solve the problem that expensive transport cost of raw materials stored in saw mills in the forest. Also it’s able to be transported from one place to another, In case of shortage of raw materials of old place. It's able to process different kinds of raw materials.

A full process of MPL is from Chipping to Packing, it’s able to meet different requirements of process. Accompany with the Modularized design, the entire plant is separated into 3 main units: Crushing unit, Drying unit and Pelletzing unit. Any two of the units are able to be linked as a plant aim at different raw materials. Matched with a diesel power generating unit which supplies power for the entire plant, a complete mobile pellet plant is able to achieves drying function for moisture raw materials. The heat source is from the off gas from the generator unit. Also, the chipping/crushing unit is optional if clients need to process sawdust only. The 3 main units is also customized based on detail requirements of clients.

The most advantage of MPL is that it doesn’t require a workshop with construction. And before delivery from SIMEC, the entire plant would be tested into the best status and is able to start working after few hours installation on site. Also it requires less about foundation treatment, especially in the outdoors.

Two operators are totally enough for this plant. The entire plant is able to be monitored and controlled by touch panel or the central room, then the labor cost is minimized.
