Description
Usage:
SIMEC ZP series mobile large wood shredder is for raw material storage in large wood pellet project, biomass power plant, wood chips supplier etc. This mobile wood chipper is easy to be moved to process wide range of raw materials, such as wood logs, wood branches, building templates, artificial boards, veneer, bark, big wood blocks etc. with large capacity 20-60 TPH. Furthermore, it is able to crush other biomass raw materials, corm stalk, cotton stalk, baled crop straw etc.
During field operation, the main machine of the shipper can be driven by a diesel engine via reliable belt driving system. The reasonable and integrated design enable the wood chipper to be operated simply and stably. Through bead welding with imported high strength alloy beads in the fly knives and the unique arrangement of the knives, the uniform the quality of the output chips can be guaranteed. For safety operation, the stationary shipper can be operated remotely via the remote controlling modular.
