One of our regular customers from Russia has ordered a set of SPM420 wood pellet mill stainless steel ring die from us recently. The wood pellet project is located in Mineralnye Vody, Stavropol Krai in Russia. He produces white pine wood pellets for the local market.

This wood pellet project has been completed by the end of 2014, and started production in early 2015. SIMEC SPM420 wood pellet mill has been running very well over 3 years. The client has already ordered the ring dies and other spare parts from us for several times.

The ordered ring die this time is made of stainless alloy steel with high strength and high tenacity. After the high-precision processing, the ring die has been through carburizing heat treatment, which can promote the wear resistance greatly.

We have delivered the wood pellet mill ring die on 14th September, 2018. Here are the photos and packing information of the stainless steel ring die.
