SIMEC has delivered two sets of ring dies for customer in Medan recently. The ring dies are specially designed for rubber wood pelletization. Material for ring dies is X46Cr13 stainless steel with the hardness of HRC54. Being professional and techno-industrial, SIMEC produces each ring die with advanced technology and equipment, each process of producing is accurate (PRODUCTION PROCESS OF RING DIE). This rubber wood pellet project located in Medan, Indonesia, where is full of wood waste and other biomass materials. It adopts 4 sets of SPM520 Pelletizers which are able to produce 6 tons of wood pellets per hour right now.
