SIMEC has completed the fabrication of Innovative 3 TPH Containerized Mobile Pellet Plant for oversea customers. The complete pellet plant will be installed in Indonesia to produce wood pellets from the following material:

• Forestry residues — in-forest woody debris and slash from logging and forest management activities.
• Mill residues — by-products such as sawdust and wood chips from lumber mills and other wood processing facilities.

MPL Control & Monitoring Center

SIMEC MPL mobile pellet plant is equipped with SCADA system. Far distance control and monitoring makes it more easy to manage the pellet plants.

MPL Drying System

When work in the wild area, A Generator is required to provide power for the pellet plant. The heat from generator off-gas will be utilized to dry the raw material.

MPL can be installed by client's skillful workers within 5 hours according to the manuals. We'll mark each connection to make the installation much easier.

If client requires directing and operation education services, SIMEC will offer 2 technicians to client's workshop.
