WPC is short name of Wood Plastic Composite which is a kind of new eco-friendly composite material. It's widely used in construction, furniture and logistic fields, due to its good physical characteristics and plasticity. As basic ingredients, wood powder, rice husk powder and so on, should be evenly in size and color which is strictly required by the following processes of WPC production. 

As is known, uniformity of the powder is an important parameter for WPC production. The uniform powder has better processing capability which is helpful to increase quality of WPC product. Due to the unique design of its pulverizing structure, SIMEC pulverizer can mill wooden materials, rice husk and other biomass materials into proper fineness powder efficiently and evenly. And the fineness of output powder is adjustable within 60~5000 mesh to meet with the different product and process requirements of WPC production.

Color is another important parameter of WPC product. Local high temperature which is generated by material frictions in the pulverizing chamber might make some powder turn gray. The uneven color of powder may cause a serious defect of WPC product. 

The ingenious cooling system of pulverizing chamber can avoid this situation effectively. It can bring most of the heat away in time during production and keep the temperature at a normal level. Thereby, the original color of raw material can be reserved on powder extremely. 

Screen-free structure is another design highlight of SIMEC pulverizer. It will greatly improve its adaptability to various of raw materials. Even if some high moisture materials can also be processed smoothly.
