1 set of ring die spare part was designed and fabricated by SIMEC for pellet project in Vietnam. The ring die spare part is for SPM520 wood pellet machine which was installed in the year of 2016. Formerly our client used mixed hardwood as raw material for pellet production, now they start to use rubber wood to make pellets. This ring die was specially designed to make rubber wood pellets. Same design has also been adopted in other rubber wood pellet projects located in Indonesia, Malaysia, etc.. Performance of the ring dies are good.
