SIMEC fabricated a unit of PLC control system for Indonesian client for a complete wood pellet line. The PLC control system consists of 5 sets of cabinets. Operator can control the wood pellet plant through simulation panel. SIEMENS PLC can be integrated with SCADA system for far distance monitoring & control.

In this project we adopt a system of wood pellet bulk transport technology.

Container loading conveyor is the latest design result for the aim of loading wood pellets in bulk into 40’ & 20’ container. Length of the conveyor could decrease while pellet bulk loading inside containers.

Together with air compressor parts, all cargos were loading into 1 set of 40’HQ and 1 set of 20’GP containers. The ship has sailed to Jakarta on 6th May, 2018.
