Project location: West Java, Indonesia.

Capacity: 6 tons/hour including 2 sets of SPM780 pellet machines.

All machines are ready to be delivered to Jakarta, Indonesia. The complete wood pellet project includes wood chipping system, chips storage system, crushing system, rotary drying system, pelletizing system, cooling & sieving system, pellet storage system, small bag packing system and bulk loading system.

This project is greatly supported by the Indonesian government and financial organizations. Most of the wood pellets will be supplied to local villagers for cooking purpose to replace with LPG gas.

11 sets of 40' HQ containers and 1 set of 40' FR containers are required to load all cargos.

Automatic Fluidized Bed Stove

The inlet in black is for fuel feeding. It's fed by another fuel silo & feeder. Hot air stove is fluidized-bed combustion stove. The fuel burns while moving slowing to the end where it'll become to be ash. The ash will be discharged. Moving speed of the fuel could be adjusted.
