Three sets of ring die have been customized by SIMEC for customers from Poland. Ring dies are fabricated according to standard which is more strict than Europe. So the quality of SIMEC ring die is much better than local ring dies in Poland. Although customers are using local pellet machines, we both believe SIMEC ring dies could improve their pellet production.

The ring dies are designed to make pine wood pellets. Inner diameter is 450mm, outer diameter is 590mm, hardness is 52~54 HRC, compress rate is 1:7. Raw material of ring die is 4Cr13 rolling forge piece.

All ring dies are packed on plywood pallets separately, and are ready for delivery to Poland by air.
