To clean up high moisture wet sawdust, SIMEC customized SCY180 type complete rotary sieving plant. Its process capacity is 9 tons/hour. Installed height 4165mm. This sieve is fabricated by special anti corrosive material to ensure its service life and performance.

Rotary sawdust sieve consists of five parts: screen drum, support frame, material hopper, RPM reducer and motor. After the material flow into the screen drum, materials will be screened along with the rotation of drum, at the same time, the bigger materials flow forward along the direction of slope and be separated by the screen with different numbers of meshes. The different materials fall into different hoppers and then are sent to different finished product stacks by manpower or belt conveyor.

Sawdust Sieve Plant fabricated for pine wood pellet plant in Poland was packed in 4 pieces of steel crates. Together with control cabinets, 1 set of 40' HQ container and 1 set of 20' GP container was required. The cargos were shipped to Poland by railway in early September, 2018. The shipping period is only 15 days.
