How to solve the offcut and sawdust is a practical and severe issue for most saw mills located in mountainous area. Because of the limit of traffic, expensive delivery cost stops effective flow of fluffy wood waste. So the traditional methods are burning, burying and stacking. But all of mentioned methods have respective limits, even suffered supervision by local governmental department. MPL is a complete solution of pelletizing plant which is specially designed for production in the wild. It doesn’t require too much infrastructure and buildings as traditional pellet plant. All of the equipment are contained and protected in containers. The key factors of MPL are flat ground,  genset and lifter for installation. It’s able to be placed in any location which is nearest to the raw material sources. Also, its installation process is simple, just following up the next steps:

1. Set up a land for MPL specially. It's better to concrete the floor.  

2. Lift each containers of MPL and the getset into right position by cranes.

3. Connect pipes, cyclone, electric cables and other parts by labors 

4. Electrical and mechanical commissioning of entire system.

5. Start up production with raw materials.
